It's an amazing day when food takes on a literacy approach! Our students at Fair Plain East were able to participate in an exciting session of Kids in the Kitchen with Taher. Our students at FPE were joined by Chef Cory and Taher Director Tabbert and made Cat in the Hat kabobs! Students had fun creating such a delicious snack using fresh fruits and even learned about using edilble markers! #TigerPride #KidsintheKitchen

Congratulations to all of our the young scholars at MLKJ Elementary! During our School Board meeting, students who scored within the 70th to 90th percentile on their NWEA were recognized for their academic accomplishment! This means they scored better than 70% to 90% of other students nationwide in the same grade and subject, placing them in the above-average to high-achievement range. We are so proud of the work of our young learners and of the staff who continue to show up for our students! #TigerPride #TigerNation
