Our next Woman of Impact is Elnora Gavin, a lifelong Benton Harbor resident and a proud "Tiger Mom" who has dedicated her career to education justice. As an alumn of Benton Harbor High School, Howard and Harvard Kennedy School of Government, she returned home to serve on the BHAS Board and lead the FRESH START Coalition.
