Dear Tiger Families,
I wish you a safe and restful Memorial Day weekend. While you spend time with loved ones and enjoy the beautiful weather, I encourage a moment to pause and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
School will be back in session on Tuesday, May 26. I know you will be thinking about summer, but we are in some of the most crucial weeks of the school year and Every Day Matters. True Tiger excellence is defined by how we cross the finish line. Let’s continue to encourage our students to bring their best and reach for excellence. Some things you can do at home to support them include:
Maintaining consistent bedtimes and on-time arrivals
Checking in daily on final assignments and projects
Reminding them that Tigers finish what they start with pride
Speaking of excellence, please join me in wishing the best of luck to our phenomenal Tiger track stars competing in the State Championships this weekend! They have poured their hearts into balancing tough academics and grueling training. Let’s all rally behind them as they represent Benton Harbor Area Schools and chase the gold.
