Charles Outlaw
Custodian

Hello!  I'm Charles Outlaw the day custodian at McCord.  I was born here in Benton Harbor, attended the Benton Harbor Area Schools, and graduated from BHHS in 1971.

This is my twenty-second year with the school system.  Before I became a custodian I worked for five years as a lunchroom supervisor and crossing guard.  I've worked with the children at Morton, Sorter, East, and West before I came to McCord.

I have six grown children who are on their own and one who is in college.  When I have free time I love to fish and play softball.

Working with the children is something I really enjoy.  It's important to me that our boys and girls learn what it takes to become a productive grown-up.
