ORGANIZING AND SPONSORING DEMONSTRATIONS AND/OR MEETINGS "Uniform Code of Discipline...."
Any student who while at school or at school-sponsored activities incites, encourages, promotes, or participates in a riot, a sit-in, a walk-out, a blockage of entrances, a trespass violation, or otherwise substantially or materially interferes with normal education processes may be suspended or expelled from school and may be charged with violating any applicable municipal, state, and/or federal laws.

Any student who wishes to promote, organize, or participate in a demonstration or meeting on school premises, other than those sponsored by the school, must obtain prior approval from the principal. Any student who is denied such request may appeal the adverse decision in writing to the principal who shall render his/her decision within one (1) school day after the appeal is filed. If the principal denies the request, the student may appeal the adverse decision in writing to the Superintendent or designee who shall render a decision within one (1) school day after the appeal is received. The principal or the Superintendent or designee may and should make any investigations necessary, which may include hearings, to make the determination required by this policy.

Any student who assaults or injures an employee or student of a school district, will be suspended from school and may be recommended for expulsion. Such a student may be charged with violating applicable municipal, state, and/or federal laws.
