Birth Certificates
Children entering pre-school or kindergarten must present birth
certificates, or other legal proof of age. The deadline for the
presentation of birth certificates is the fourth Friday after Labor
Day. Children shall be returned home with a note of explanation if the
birth certificate, or satisfactory proof of age, is not on file by the
above date.
Proof of Immunization
See statement coded JBH for specific provisions. If parents or legal
guardian, based on financial need, request that the district provide
immunizations, the Coordinator of Health Services shall make necessary
arrangements with the local health department.
