ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL NEGOTIATING ORGANIZATION
The Board recognizes the BENTON HARBOR AREA SCHOOLS ADMINISTRATORS ASSOCIATION as the exclusive bargaining representative for all administrative personnel including all elementary principals and their assistants, secondary principals and their assistants, directors, custodial foreman, administrative assistants, JROTC Officer, and all other administrative coordinators and their assistants, supervisors, and facilitators, excluding:
the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendents, and all other employees of the Board.
The labor agreement between the Board and the above unit is considered an appendix to this policy manual. The terms of the labor agreement shall have the force of Board policy and shall take precedence over other policies in any instances of conflict.
