PARAPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL NEGOTIATING ORGANIZATION
The Board recognizes the BENTON HARBOR PARAPROFESSIONAL CHAPTER OF THE
MICHIGAN EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL ASSOCIATION, as the sole and
exclusive bargaining representative for all paraprofessional
employees, proctors, and attendance officers of the district,
excluding:
administrative employees, supervisors, maintenance
employees, teachers, secretaries, food service employees, hall
supervisors, bus drivers, security and all other employees of the
Board.
The labor agreement between the Board and the above
unit is considered an appendix to this policy manual. The terms of the
labor agreement shall have the force of Board policy and shall take
precedence over other policies in any instances of conflict.
