PARAPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL NEGOTIATIONS BOARD NEGOTIATING AGENTS
After receiving a
recommendation from the Superintendent, the Board shall appoint a
chief negotiator and negotiating team to represent the Board and carry
out negotiations with the paraprofessional personnel bargaining unit.
The negotiating team shall keep the Board informed about the status of
negotiations.
The Superintendent or designee shall advise the
negotiating team in all matters related to collective bargaining
negotiations.
Negotiations shall be conducted only as directed by
the Board and no contract shall be signed until the Board has accepted
it and officially designated its representatives to sign it.
