NON-BARGAINING UNIT PERSONNEL COMPENSATION GUIDES AND CONTRACTS
It is the policy of the Board to attempt to pay all its non-bargaining
unit personnel at a level that will attract and hold employees of high
ability and dedication.
The Superintendent shall make annual
recommendations to the Board concerning salaries for non-bargaining
unit personnel.
