PARAPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATIONS
All paraprofessional personnel
shall have the freedom to join, or not to join, any employee
organization. Membership dues in such organization(s) shall be an
individual responsibility.
The use of school facilities by
employee organizations, (local, state, national, or other) shall be
subject to Board policies and regulations on public use of school
facilities, with such exceptions for the local employee organization
as have been established through the labor agreement.
