NONPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL SEPARATION
It shall be the policy of the district to strive to assist nonprofessional personnel in every way possible to adjust to their positions and to perform their duties satisfactorily. Every reasonable effort shall be made to avoid the necessity of dismissing personnel at any level.

The Board may dismiss any staff member upon recommendation of the Superintendent and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
