NONPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL SENIORITY
Seniority shall be defined as an employee's length of continuous service with the Board, beginning with the most recent date of hire.

The Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Evaluation shall maintain seniority lists based upon the most recent date of hire for each of the following nonprofessional personnel units: support personnel, custodial and maintenance personnel, food service personnel, and bus drivers.

All seniority lists shall be developed and maintained in accordance with procedures set forth in the labor agreements between the Board and the respective employee units of the Benton Harbor Chapter of the Michigan Educational Support Personnel Association and A.F.S.C.M.E. The lists shall be posted on the appropriate bulletin boards at least once each semester, as specified in the labor agreements. The Board shall be provided with copies of these seniority lists as well.
