NONPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL PROBATION
All new or reemployed nonprofessional personnel shall serve a relevant probationary period. At the end of the relevant probationary period, the employee's performance shall be reviewed according to the district's evaluation procedures for nonprofessional personnel. During the probationary period, the employee may be terminated or transferred to another position for which he/she is deemed suitable.
