NONPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT
The Superintendent or designee, in
consultation with the appropriate administrator, shall make
assignments and transfers of nonprofessional personnel for the
efficient operation of the district. Should it become necessary to
reassign nonprofessional personnel during the school year, that
assignment shall be in compliance with the existing labor agreement.
The Superintendent or designee shall inform the Board of such changes
in assignment. Such transfers and assignments may be either permanent
or temporary.
The preferences of staff members shall
be taken into consideration in making assignments and transfers,
however, the best interests of the students and the district shall be
given priority.
Care shall be exercised by the
Superintendent or designee to see that all district facilities are
equitably staffed with nonprofessional personnel.
The Superintendent or designee may
assign nonprofessional staff members to tasks appropriate to their
positions and qualifications within an individual building.
