PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL LEAVE FOR ILLNESS
Professional personnel who are
compelled to be absent from work due to personal illness, injury, or
illness in their immediate family shall be entitled to compensable
leave on the basis of one day for each month of employment.
The administrative staff may ask for a
medical doctor's statement confirming the need for more than three
separate absences per year.
The full sick leave allowance for the
year shall be credited at the beginning of each school year. Unused
sick leave credits shall be allowed to accumulate indefinitely.
