PROFESSIONAL
PERSONNEL EMERGENCY AND LEGAL LEAVE
Leave shall be granted to all
employees who are duly called for jury duty. The district shall pay
them the difference between the amount they receive for such service
and their regular salary.
If professional personnel are the
subject of civil actions brought against them in connection with their
assigned duties, leave shall be granted them for attendance at court
hearings and for other necessary legal matters.
