PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL PROFESSIONAL LEAVES AND ABSENCES
Professional leaves of absence shall be granted in accordance with the law and provisions of the labor agreement.

Requests for leaves of absence for reasons not covered by legal or contractual provisions shall be considered by the Board on an individual basis.
