DISCIPLINARY POLICY
It is the policy of the district to assist personnel in the proper performance of their assigned responsibilities.

Progressive corrective discipline is a valid and proven method of assisting personnel in maintaining proper and effective performance of their assigned responsibilities.

It shall be the policy of the Board to employ administrators to supervise and direct the work of district employees. The Board directs the Superintendent to establish an administrative regulation which defines progressive corrective discipline and sets forth guidelines for the administration of corrective discipline.
