The duties of all personnel shall be established by the
Superintendent or designee and the Board shall be kept informed through
current job descriptions (which are reviewed at least annually) and
administrative regulations.
As a tool for the Board to monitor the personnel goals and objectives
of the district, exit interview form completed by each employee at the
time they leave the district shall be maintained in the Personnel Office
and made available to the Board Personnel Committee who shall report the
results to the Board.
