PERSONNEL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The Board realizes that an efficient staff, dedicated to education, is necessary to maintain a constantly improving educational program. In addition, the Board is interested in its personnel as individuals and recognizes its responsibilities to promote the general welfare of the staff.

The duties of all personnel shall be established by the Superintendent or designee and the Board shall be kept informed through current job descriptions (which are reviewed at least annually) and administrative regulations.

As a tool for the Board to monitor the personnel goals and objectives of the district, exit interview form completed by each employee at the time they leave the district shall be maintained in the Personnel Office and made available to the Board Personnel Committee who shall report the results to the Board.

The personnel goals of the district, within economic limitations, shall be to:

  1. Recruit and employ the best qualified personnel.
  2. Promote a relationship built on fair and equitable treatment of all district employees.
  3. Promote the development of a climate in which optimum performance, morale, and staff satisfaction are produced.
  4. Provide programs of staff development designed to contribute to the improvement of the learning program.
  5. Provide a team approach to education which shall include staff involvement in planning, decision making, and evaluation of programs and curricula.
