SUPERVISION OF CONSTRUCTION
Supervision of construction shall be primarily the responsibility of the
architect and the superintendent or designee, who shall be responsible
to follow closely the progress of the construction project. The
architect shall hold periodic, but not less than monthly, progress
meetings during which the superintendent or designee and all contractors
concerned should be present. Progress reports shall be issued
periodically by the architect and in sufficient quantities to supply
each member of the Board.
