TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT
Under the laws pertaining to third class school districts, the district
is not required to provide transportation for students. However, since
the Board wishes to serve all students to the best of its ability, the
district shall provide transportation for those students for whom the
district is eligible to receive reimbursement under the rules and
regulations of the State Department of Education. In some cases, the
Board may authorize the transportation of students not eligible for
state reimbursement. Such authorization shall only be given for a
specified length of time and shall be on a case by case basis.
