EQUIPMENT AND
SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT
The Superintendent or designee shall
be responsible for the purchasing department, central purchasing and
management of the district's supplies and equipment. All phases of
purchasing and management of materials, supplies, and articles necessary
for the operation of the district, as well as rental and lease
agreements shall be administered by this department. Any other
negotiations are considered unauthorized purchases and the individual,
failing to adhere, shall be subject to disciplinary action. Any
violators of this policy shall incur financial responsibility for
unauthorized purchases.
The administrator of the department shall
be the Purchasing Agent.
