BUILDING AND
GROUNDS RECORDS
The Superintendent or designee shall
be responsible for maintaining accurate and current records on the
nature and status of all district property and shall provide a summary
of all district property for inclusion in the Board's annual report to
the State Department of Education. This report shall include the number
of buildings owned by the district; the number of classrooms; the
replacement value (new) of land, improvements, playgrounds, buildings,
and appurtenances; and the replacement value (new) of all equipment.
These summaries shall not necessarily include the current value of
building sites owned by the district.
