USE OF EXCESS SCHOOL SPACE
The Superintendent shall develop
plans for the use of excess school facilities and review them with the
Board. When a building has been closed for regular school program use,
the Board shall consider future uses for such district facilities in the
following order:
- Other educational use by the district.
- Non-educational use by the district.
- Lease to other public agencies.
- Lease to non-profit agencies for educational purposes.
- Lease to private agencies.
