BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS SECURITY
The Board is charged with the education and safety of students attending classes in the district.  It shall be the policy of the Board to protect district sites, site facilities, buildings, and building contents against attempts at vandalism, destruction, or unlawful entry.  The Board shall countenance no illegal interference with the educational process nor any illegal trespass on district property.

The Board authorizes and directs the Superintendent or designee to develop and implement a plan for buildings and grounds security  and to issue administrative regulations for the guidance of building administrators.

The administrative staff shall be responsible for effecting the removal or arrest of any person who trespasses upon district property, causes a disturbance in or near school buildings, or refuses to obey an administrative order to leave district buildings or grounds.
