BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS MANAGEMENT
Buildings of the district constitute one of the greatest investments of the district.  It is deemed to be in the best interest of the district to care for and protect this investment adequately. 

It is the intent of the Board to establish and maintain a continuous, planned program of repair, reconditioning, and remodeling of the facilities and grounds of the district to meet the continuing needs of the instructional program.  This program shall be an on-going five year plan and it shall be updated on an annual basis to meet changing needs and priorities.  The Superintendent or designee shall inform the Board of the subsequent fiscal year's planned program of repairs, reconditioning, and remodeling and review the revised five year plan in May of each year. 

The care, custody, and safekeeping of all district property shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent or designee.  The Superintendent or designee shall establish the procedures necessary to manage this department and provide information regarding the nature, location, and condition of all district property.
