PAYROLL
PROCEDURES
The Superintendent or designee shall
be responsible for developing plans and procedures for implementing
employee payroll procedures and making that information available to all
district employees.
The Superintendent or designee shall be
responsible for verifying the employment of all employees and assuring
that positions and salary changes have been approved by the Board. The
Superintendent or designee shall report any discrepancies to the Board's
Finance Committee as soon as they are known. No new employee shall be
paid or changes made in an employee's base salary without the approval
of the Superintendent or designee.
