ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCILS, CABINETS, AND COMMITTEES
Since successful team management
demands adequate and frequent communication among team members, the
Superintendent shall establish an administrative cabinet consisting of
all Assistant Superintendents. The Management Team (Superintendent's
Cabinet) shall meet on a weekly basis and work with the Superintendent
to advise on overall goals of the district and to present
recommendations on programs and policies to the Board.
The Superintendent shall establish an administrative
council consisting of all appropriate administrative personnel. The
Administrative Council shall meet on a regular basis to provide a forum
for two-way communication between the Superintendent and administrative
personnel.
The Superintendent shall establish study committees
consisting of district staff, parents, and citizens to obtain maximum
input and advice on district operations for future actions by the
Superintendent and Board.
