ADMINISTRATIVE
PERSONNEL REDUCTION IN FORCE
It is understood and agreed that it
is the role and exclusive right of the Board to determine the number of
employees necessary to staff the district. If it becomes necessary to
reduce administrative personnel, the Board shall determine what
positions and administrative personnel shall be reduced.
Prior to a final decision by the Board,
the Superintendent shall meet with representatives of the Benton Harbor
Area Schools Administrator's Association and provide them with an
opportunity to present recommendations regarding such reductions to the
Board.
