ADMINISTRATIVE
PERSONNEL PROMOTION
The concept "promotion" shall include
all advancement within the district, whether that be advancement within
a bargaining unit, into or out of a bargaining unit, or without a
bargaining unit.
The Board encourages and strongly
supports promotion of district employees. The administration shall, in
consonance with the Board's Affirmative Action Policy, actively recruit
district employees qualified to assume, willing to assume, and capable
of assuming greater responsibilities within the district.
