At the time the Board approves the newly hired or
promoted administrator, the employee shall be provided with a
probationary contract for one year from the date they are hired or
promoted.
During this probationary period, the employee's
performance shall be evaluated at least twice by employee's immediate
supervisor, according to the district's evaluation procedures for
administrative personnel, and reviewed by the Superintendent or
designee.
During the probationary period, the employee may be
terminated or transferred to another position for which the employee is
deemed suitable.
