ADMINISTRATIVE
PERSONNEL/ASSIGNMENT
The Board gives the Superintendent
the right to assign any administrator to any position for which the
administrator is qualified and best able to fulfill the needs of the
students of the district. Should it become necessary to reassign an
administrator during the school year, that assignment shall be in
compliance with the existing labor agreement. The Superintendent shall
inform the Board of such changes in assignment.
The Superintendent shall provide the
Board with a list of all administrative assignments in July of each year
for the following school year. The Board shall be informed of any
subsequent changes in assignment at the earliest opportunity but not
later than the next regularly scheduled work session following said
appointment.
