ACTING
SUPERINTENDENT
The Superintendent shall designate a
member of the Management Team to assume general control of the district
when absent from the district.
If the Superintendent retires, resigns,
becomes incapacitated, or separates from the district, the Board shall
appoint an acting Superintendent to serve until such time as the Board
reaches a contract agreement with a new Superintendent.
