EVALUATION OF
SUPERINTENDENT
Through evaluation of the Superintendent, the
Board shall strive to accomplish the following:
- Clarify the Superintendent's role in the district
as seen by the Board.
- Clarify for all Board members the role of the
Superintendent in light of the job description and prioritized
responsibilities as agreed upon by the Board and the Superintendent.
- Develop harmonious working relationships between
the Board and Superintendent.
- Provide administrative leadership for the district.
The Board shall annually develop with the
Superintendent a set of performance objectives based on the needs of the
district. The Superintendent's performance shall be reviewed in
accordance with these specified goals.
