SCHOOL
SUPERINTENDENT/QUALIFICATIONS
The Superintendent shall have:
- Earned at least a master's degree from an approved institution of learning with additional graduate study in educational administration (although a doctor's degree is not required, work toward the degree is considered desirable);
- Had experience as an educational leader in the profession through documentation of active participation in a variety of areas.
Furthermore, it is desirable that the Superintendent have at least five years of
successful K-12 teaching experience and five years successful K-12 experience in the
administration of schools.
