TEAM MANAGEMENT
The Board supports the concept and application of team management in the administration of the district.

The Superintendent shall be responsible for leading the membership of the Management Team (Superintendent's Cabinet). This team shall be responsible to the Superintendent who, in turn, shall be responsible to the Board.

Through the Management Team, all other district administrators shall have the opportunity to be involved in the decision-making process. This shall be accomplished through an Administrative Council and other means, as determined by the Superintendent.
