SUSPENSION OF BOARD POLICIES AND BYLAWS
The Board shall publish an annual financial report and shall make an annual report to the State Board of Education.

In addition, the Board shall require separate annual reports on the implementation of the school desegregation order and on the school development program. The Superintendent or designee shall prepare these reports.
