SUSPENSION OF
BOARD POLICIES AND BYLAWS
The policies and bylaws of the Board
shall be subject to suspension only upon a majority vote of the members
elected or appointed to and serving on the Board, at a meeting in the
call for which the proposed suspension has been described in writing, or
upon a unanimous vote of all the elected or appointed members of the
Board when no such written notice has been given.
