ADMINISTRATION IN ABSENCE OF POLICY
When action must be taken and no
guidelines have been provided for administrative action, the
Superintendent shall have the power to act. Such decisions shall be
subject to review by the Board at its next regular meeting.
It shall be the duty of the
Superintendent to notify the Board of such action and to advise the
Board of the need for a policy.
