SCHOOL DISTRICT
CONSULTANTS/INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
The use of consultants in the
district is limited to those consultants hired by the Superintendent,
the Superintendent's designee or the School Board. No other person has
the authority to secure contracts with any consultant or to hire any
consultant without the approval and authorization of the Superintendent,
the Superintendent's designee or the School Board. Consultants referred
to herein shall include independent contractors only.
The Superintendent shall develop
rules/regulations for the implementation of this policy.
