CONSULTANTS/RULES AND
REGULATIONS
The following information shall be
placed on file in the Superintendent's office following the completion
of any contract secured with a consultant in the Benton Harbor Area
Schools:
The specific purpose and the objective of the consultant.
The audience for whom the workshop/training/seminar was conducted
and the number of persons attending.
A copy of the completed (signed) contract with the consultant,
including compensation and other costs.
A copy of the agenda used during the consultant's session with the
district staff/parents/community members or students.
All workshops/training/seminars, etc. are to be evaluated by
participants. Evaluations should be filed with other material.
