DUTIES OF SCHOOL BOARD SECRETARY
In the absence of the President and Vice-President, the Secretary shall call the meeting to order and conduct the election of a chairman pro tem. The Chair Pro Tem shall countersign all warrants authorizing expenditures, unless otherwise designated by Board action, and perform such other duties as may be required by law; shall be the custodian of all surety bonds; shall be the chief elections officer of the district with authority to delegate election duties to a member of the administrative staff; and sign all official minutes of meetings.
