DUTIES OF SCHOOL BOARD PRESIDENT
The President of the Board shall preside at all Board meetings; shall appoint or provide for the election of any committee desired or that may be required by decision of the Board; shall sign all warrants authorizing school expenditures, unless otherwise designated by Board action; and shall perform such other duties as may be required by law.
