SCHOOL BOARD OFFICERS METHOD OF ELECTION
The Board shall elect its officers at the organizational meeting, which occurs on or before the second Monday in July.

Election of officers shall be by voice vote and shall require a majority vote of the members.

Each officer shall hold office for one year or until a successor has been elected and has qualified.
