SCHOOL BOARD MEMBER REMOVAL FROM OFFICE

  1. Death, insanity, mental incompetency, resignation, removal from office, or conviction of a felony.
  2. Election or appointment declared void by a competent tribunal.
  3. Neglect or failure to file the acceptance of office, to take the oath of office, or to give or renew any official bond required by law.
  4. Failure of the district to elect a successor at the annual school election.
  5. Ceasing to be legally qualified for holding office.
  6. Removing residency from the school district.
