FROM OFFICE
- Death, insanity, mental incompetency, resignation, removal from
office, or conviction of a felony.
- Election or appointment declared void by a competent tribunal.
- Neglect or failure to file the acceptance of office, to take the
oath of office, or to give or renew any official bond required by law.
- Failure of the district to elect a successor at the annual school
election.
- Ceasing to be legally qualified for holding office.
- Removing residency from the school district.
