SCHOOL BOARD ELECTION
ARRANGEMENTS
For elections,
the District is governed by provisions pertaining to third class
Districts in the General School Laws.
The District shall be divided into eleven (11) voting precincts. These
precincts shall be located at Napier Parkview Baptist Church, Benton
Charter Township Police Department, two precincts at Creative Arts
Academy/Gifted & Talented, Martindale, Benton Charter Township Hall,
Lake Michigan College Mendel Center, and four precincts located within
the City of Benton Harbor; two precincts at Benton Harbor High School,
Calvin Britain, and Morton.
The County of Berrien
shall, by arrangement with the District, conduct the school elections
for the municipalities of the Benton Harbor Area Schools.
